Graduated in Law from the University of Brasília, he specializes in Tax Law and Civil Litigation. Kauê has gained experience at some of the largest law firms in Brazil, with over 15 years of leadership in high-performance legal teams focused on Tax Law, Corporate Litigation, and Civil Law. His strategic approach and expertise in handling complex disputes before State Courts, Superior Courts, and higher instances of Federal and Administrative Authorities are essential for local, national, and global clients. 

 

He has taught Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBET) and served as Vice President of the Legal Fees Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Section. Professionally recognized by Best Lawyers for four consecutive years (2022–2025) in the field of Tax Law, he is a founding partner of Mitico Machado Advogados, responsible for the firm’s Tax, Civil, and Business Law practices.
